• "Terms": These Terms of Service.
• "We", "Our", "Us": Refers to CyberForget, an AI-first privacy and identity protection platform.
• "You", "User": Refers to any individual accessing or using the website or services.
• "Website": Refers to the CyberForget website, subdomains, and related web properties.
• "Services": Refers collectively to the AI-powered privacy tools, including the Data Removal dashboard, VPN service, Password Manager, and threat scan utilities.
• "People Search Sites / Data Brokers": Third-party entities that compile, market, and sell personal information online.

• To access most services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your session auth and master password if using the Password Manager.
• CyberForget implements state-of-the-art security practices, but cannot be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised user-end credentials or password loss.
• You must notify us immediately at security@cyberforget.com upon discovering any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.

• You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Impersonation, provision of false or fraudulent identification details, or attempts to access third-party data without authorization are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service access for accounts suspected of engaging in scraping, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or malicious network activities.

Our Data Removal Services utilize automated scripts and AI agents to request the removal of your personal information from data brokers, people search sites, and marketing lists on your behalf.

• Authorization & Power of Attorney: By subscribing, you grant CyberForget a limited, non-exclusive license and power of attorney to act as your authorized agent. This includes interacting with data brokers, completing opt-out forms, and creating automated accounts or aliases solely for the purpose of removing your records.
• Broker Submissions: We transmit removal requests based on the personal data you provide. We do not control whether, how, or when a third-party data broker completes a removal request.
• Continuous Monitoring: Our automated systems periodically check broker sites to ensure removed records are not re-listed. However, we cannot guarantee that data brokers will not obtain your records again from other sources.

The CyberForget VPN provides a secure, encrypted virtual private network tunnel to encrypt your internet traffic and mask your IP address.

• Zero-Logs Commitment: We operate under a strict zero-logs policy. We do not store, monitor, inspect, or log your browsing history, traffic destination, packet content, or DNS queries.
• Device Limit: Unless otherwise specified in your plan, a single subscription supports up to five (5) concurrent device connections. Sharing your VPN credentials with unauthorized third parties is prohibited.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the VPN service for illegal file sharing, copyright infringement, spam distribution, cyber attacks, or bypassing legal geographical restrictions in violation of local laws.

The Password Manager is a secure digital vault for storing your credentials, notes, and sensitive metadata.

• Zero-Knowledge Architecture: All vault data is encrypted on your local device before syncing to our servers. The encryption key is derived locally from your Master Password. We do not store, transmit, or have access to your Master Password or decrypted vault items.
• Master Password Responsibility: Because we operate under a zero-knowledge structure, we cannot recover or reset your Master Password. If you lose your Master Password, you will permanently lose access to your vault data. We highly recommend writing down your emergency recovery key.
• Disclaimer: CyberForget is not responsible for any data loss, credential theft, or unauthorized access resulting from user negligence, weak master passwords, or compromised local user devices.

• Certain premium features require paid subscriptions. Payments are securely processed via third-party processors (such as Stripe).
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel your plan through your account billing dashboard before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium services until the end of your current billing period.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for initial annual subscription purchases. Contact billing@cyberforget.com for requests.

All content, designs, logos, software, and proprietary algorithms on the CyberForget platform are the exclusive property of CyberForget and are protected by international trademark, copyright, and patent laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute any part of our services without prior written authorization.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CYBERFORGET AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CYBERFORGET IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CyberForget, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to any or all parts of our Services at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or engage in fraudulent activities.

Upon account termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the use of our Services will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable consumer laws.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class actions or jury trials. Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or equivalent local arbitration bodies.

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CyberForget is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law rules.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
• Updates: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post updates on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the new Terms.
