Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
Select "Edit profile" from the drop-down menu.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Delete account".

Your account will be deleted within 30 days of your request.

TeamViewer states a data retention period of 90 days after account deletion. Back-ups and statutory records can fall outside that figure, so request written confirmation from support if you need certainty.
The stated recovery window is 30 days. Once that passes the deletion is permanent and the account cannot be restored.
Deleting your account means: loss of account data; loss of access to remote devices; loss of subscription. Export or download anything you want to keep before you begin — it is normally not recoverable afterwards.
Have the following ready: email address; password. Having it to hand avoids getting part-way through the flow and having to start again.
TeamViewer is recorded as GDPR compliant and recorded as CCPA compliant. If you are in the EU or California you can also file a formal erasure request under GDPR Article 17 or the CCPA — that route creates a record you can follow up on, separately from the in-product delete flow.
