Scroll down to the "Disable Account" section and click on the "Disable Account" button.
Enter your password and click on the "Disable Account" button again.

SourceForge allows a recovery window of 30 days — if you change your mind within this period you may be able to restore your account. After that the deletion becomes permanent.
SourceForge states a data retention period of Indefinite after account deletion. Back-ups and statutory records can fall outside that figure, so request written confirmation from support if you need certainty.

SourceForge is recorded as GDPR compliant and recorded as CCPA compliant. If you are in the EU or California you can also file a formal erasure request under GDPR Article 17 or the CCPA — that route creates a record you can follow up on, separately from the in-product delete flow.
