Click on the "Submit a request" button.
Select "Account" from the "What can we help you with?" dropdown.

You need to create a support ticket and set the subject to Delete Account.
Your Soluto account will be deleted within 30 days of submitting your request.
Soluto does not publish a retention period for closed accounts. If the timeline matters to you, ask Soluto support for written confirmation of when your data is removed, and what is retained for legal or accounting reasons.
The stated recovery window is 30 days. Once that passes the deletion is permanent and the account cannot be restored.
Deleting your account means: loss of account data; loss of access to service. Export or download anything you want to keep before you begin â it is normally not recoverable afterwards.
Have the following ready: email address; password. Having it to hand avoids getting part-way through the flow and having to start again.
