Deleting your account means: loss of website vulnerability data; loss of access to ScanMyServer services. Export or download anything you want to keep before you begin â it is normally not recoverable afterwards.
Have the following ready: account login; email verification. Having it to hand avoids getting part-way through the flow and having to start again.
ScanMyServer is recorded as GDPR compliant and recorded as CCPA compliant. If you are in the EU or California you can also file a formal erasure request under GDPR Article 17 or the CCPA â that route creates a record you can follow up on, separately from the in-product delete flow.
