Runtastic does not publish a retention period for closed accounts. If the timeline matters to you, ask Runtastic support for written confirmation of when your data is removed, and what is retained for legal or accounting reasons.
The stated recovery window is 30 days. Once that passes the deletion is permanent and the account cannot be restored.
Deleting your account means: Loss of all data; Cancellation of any subscriptions. Export or download anything you want to keep before you begin â it is normally not recoverable afterwards.
