Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Delete my account" link.
Enter your password and click on the "Delete my account" button.
A confirmation modal dialog will appear. Click on the "Delete my account" button again.
After clicking the button, you will have to enter your password, complete a capcha, click another button, AND a confirmation modal dialog.

Deleting your RunKeeper account will result in the loss of all your data, including your activities, workouts, and personal settings. Your account cannot be recovered once it has been deleted.
RunKeeper states a data retention period of Indefinite after account deletion. Back-ups and statutory records can fall outside that figure, so request written confirmation from support if you need certainty.
The stated recovery window is 30 days. Once that passes the deletion is permanent and the account cannot be restored.
Deleting your account means: loss of all data; account cannot be recovered. Export or download anything you want to keep before you begin â it is normally not recoverable afterwards.

RunKeeper is recorded as GDPR compliant and recorded as CCPA compliant. If you are in the EU or California you can also file a formal erasure request under GDPR Article 17 or the CCPA â that route creates a record you can follow up on, separately from the in-product delete flow.
