Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Delete account" button.
Type in the phrase "I understand that deleting my account will permanently delete all my data" and click on the "Delete account" button.
Log in to your account, press the delete button and type the phrase asked.
Once your Podio account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
All data associated with your Podio account, including projects, tasks, and files, will be permanently deleted.
Podio does not publish a retention period for closed accounts. If the timeline matters to you, ask Podio support for written confirmation of when your data is removed, and what is retained for legal or accounting reasons.

Podio is recorded as GDPR compliant and recorded as CCPA compliant. If you are in the EU or California you can also file a formal erasure request under GDPR Article 17 or the CCPA â that route creates a record you can follow up on, separately from the in-product delete flow.
