On desktop, open the License Agreement and scroll to the bottom — or go directly to ok.ru/regulations#deleteProfile.
Click 'Отказаться от услуг' ('Refuse services' / delete profile).
Choose a reason for deleting and enter your password.
Click 'Удалить' (Delete). Your profile is deleted immediately, but you can restore it yourself within 183 days.

Yes — within 183 days of deletion, if you still have access to the phone number or email on the profile. Use the 'Forgot password' flow on the login page to restore it. After 183 days, deletion is permanent.
A phone number from a deleted OK.ru profile can be used for a new account 90 days after deletion. Unlinking the email address requires contacting Odnoklassniki support.
On desktop: open ok.ru/regulations#deleteProfile, click 'Отказаться от услуг', pick a reason, enter your password, and click 'Удалить'. In the app: More → Settings → App settings → Delete profile.
Restore the password first using the phone or email attached to the profile, then delete it. If you have no access to the profile at all, write to Odnoklassniki support and they will try to help.
