Krrb states a data retention period of 6 months after account deletion. Back-ups and statutory records can fall outside that figure, so request written confirmation from support if you need certainty.
The stated recovery window is 30 days. Once that passes the deletion is permanent and the account cannot be restored.
Deleting your account means: loss of account data; inability to access account. Export or download anything you want to keep before you begin â it is normally not recoverable afterwards.
Have the following ready: email address; password. Having it to hand avoids getting part-way through the flow and having to start again.
Krrb is recorded as GDPR compliant and recorded as CCPA compliant. If you are in the EU or California you can also file a formal erasure request under GDPR Article 17 or the CCPA â that route creates a record you can follow up on, separately from the in-product delete flow.
