Deleting your GFace account requires contacting GFace support directly â there is no self-service delete button. After deletion: loss of account and associated data; no way to recover account.
Your account will be deleted within 24 hours of your request.
All of your data, including your game faces, will be permanently deleted.
GFace states a data retention period of Until account is deleted after account deletion. Back-ups and statutory records can fall outside that figure, so request written confirmation from support if you need certainty.

GFace is recorded as GDPR compliant and recorded as CCPA compliant. If you are in the EU or California you can also file a formal erasure request under GDPR Article 17 or the CCPA â that route creates a record you can follow up on, separately from the in-product delete flow.
Deletion for GFace is handled by support rather than a self-service button, so email support@crytek.com from the address on the account and ask for deletion in writing.
